Project

Within the framework of the program Road to Innovate, which seeks to recognize and strengthen entrepreneurs in Mexico, we train the winners of the 2023 Edition to strengthen their business models and begin to incorporate environmental and social variables into them, from a community perspective.

We designed and facilitated a face-to-face day through which participants were able to explore the “Design your Impact Business Model” methodology, draw on the eyes of other entrepreneurs and prepare for the final pitch round of the program.
