Eco-innovations for women entrepreneurs

Project

With the objective of strengthening women entrepreneurs from various Latin American countries, within the framework of the “Together We Count” program, we developed together with 3 Vectors a methodology for the design and implementation of eco-innovations.

‍The methodology has three instances:

• Identifying opportunities
• Define eco-innovations
• Implement and project an action plan

It has a toolkit of 3 canvases and this year we expanded the catalog of eco-innovations from 90 to 118 playing cards.

In addition, we carry out the Master Practice “Management with a human perspective, the key to attracting and retaining talent for your business” to continue strengthening the skills of women entrepreneurs in the region.

More about “Together We Count”
The Counts Counts program was co-funded by Agora Partnerships, BID Lab and We-Fi, together with key contributors such as Hispanics in Philanthropy, Target Foundation and Cisco to benefit 4,000 women entrepreneurs from Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala and to confirm their commitment to the development and empowerment of women in the region.
