We are a passionate and multidisciplinary team of engineers, environmental scientists, communicators, designers, economists, psychologists and nature lovers that seek to empower and connect people to enhance the transition towards a socially just and environmentally regenerative economy.

Based in Argentina, Mexico, Uruguay and with a regional presence, we work collaboratively with multinationals, SMEs, entrepreneurs, nonprofits and governments to catalyze sustainable innovation, ensuring the success of the organization.

We are Kolibri, which in many languages is the word for hummingbird, and for this reason we know very well the transformational power harnessed in the act of pollination. For us it is the cycle of virtuous relationships and mutual benefit exchange that occurs by a constant transfer of information, knowledge and experiences within each organization and throughout entire value chains.

We are motivated to trust the enormous potential for positive impact that people can generate within organizations, in their environments of influence and throughout the economy by applying a conscious decision-making process.

We are empirically convinced that this process generates a domino effect and that by seeing the world a through a systemic, circular, regenerative and distributive lense, it is possible to access a more harmonious and balanced relationship between nature and human beings, today. The Kolibri

In many languages also known as Kolibri, the hummingbird approaches delicate flowers with lightness and agility, not injuring even one petal. Its glistening feathers under the sunlight are like droplets of water, reflecting and multiplying its colours. With its habitual delicacy, sentiment and decision, it takes flight in search of nectar – essence of life and energy -, and in exchange it distributes polen among them, generating encounters, synergy and communion.

The Kolibries ecosystem is a community of diverse species, virtuous relationships are generated and its member perceive the value of being part of it. They are happy to be able to express their individuality and offer their unique gifts and talents in service of all that surrounds and connects them.
